Before You Reach Out…
What’s the status of my order?
Most orders ship within 1–4 business days. Current average delivery is 5–8 business days (some orders may take up to 4 extra days to leave the warehouse during high demand).
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on the way.
We're working very hard to reduce this shipping time back down to 3-5 business days! Thank you for your patience.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
Email us at support@stitchandhue.com as soon as possible with your order number and request.
We can’t guarantee edits once processing begins, but we’ll always try.
I only got part of my order, where’s the rest?
To ship faster, items may come from multiple partner warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel has its own tracking number. The rest is on its way.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Eligible items are replaced or refunded according to our policy.
Do you have a store or phone support?
We’re currently online-only so we can keep prices fair. Our support team is email/DM first and typically replies within 1 business day.
